Dare to Lead™ is an empirical, Courage-building program for leaders and corporations created by TED speaker and best-selling author Dr. Brené Brown.

At Brené’s invitation, I began partnering with her to bring Dare to Lead™ to thousands of leaders in its pilot form for 18 months before its October 2018 release. Since then, in addition to facilitating the work with my clients around the world, I am one of only three senior mentors for the program. I am actively involved in several aspects of curriculum optimization and facilitator community management and care. I am also part of a small, hand-picked speaking team bringing Dare to Lead™-based keynotes to corporations around the world.
